Participants are encouraged to wear their own Ruck or Weighted Vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 45 lbs. (max) weight of your choice. Workout Challenge includes Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Squats. Choose your fitness challenge below:
BEGINNER : 50 TRX Inverted Rows 100 TRX Chest Press *150 TRX Squats
INTERMEDIATE : 50 Pull Ups 100 Push Ups *150 Squats
ADVANCE : 100 Pull Ups 200 Push Ups *300 Squats
ELITE : ( WITH RUCK OR WEIGHTED VEST ) 100 Pull Ups 200 Push Ups *300 Squats
