The 2026 World Athletics U20 Championships ran from August 5 to 9 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, and the host United States led the medal table. The week belonged in part to American sprinter Tate Taylor, who completed the 100m and 200m double and broke the championship record over 200m in 19.83. Mia Maxwell matched him with her own sprint double in the women’s 100m and 200m, Kenya’s Emmanuel Kiprono ran a championship record 7:28.28 in the 3000m, and world U20 records fell in events from the 110m hurdles to the relays.

Below is the full finishing order for every track final, men’s, women’s, and mixed. Field events, the combined events, and the race walks are not included.
