Track Schedule For The 2026 USATF Outdoor Championships 1

The 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships are here, running July 23 to 26 at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island in New York, the first time the national meet has been staged in New York City in 35 years. The full program is packed with field and para events, but if you only care about what happens on the track, here’s the running-events schedule, day by day.

All times are Eastern and, as always with a championship timetable, subject to change. Finals are in bold. Morning sessions stream on USATF.TV, with evening sessions on Peacock and NBCSN and NBC carrying the Saturday and Sunday afternoons. For the fuller picture, see our preview of the championships at Icahn Stadium.

Friday night’s 100m finals are the marquee sprints, with Noah Lyles and Sha’Carri Richardson among the headliners, and Saturday anchors on the 1,500m finals. The distance crowd gets its night first, with both 10,000m titles decided under the Thursday lights.
