Among the speakers attending the event include Canadian sprinter Andre De Grasse, American marathoner Molly Seidel, and CEO of New York Road Runners Rob Simmelkjaer.
The keystone speaker at The Running Event 2023 is Melissa Gonzalez, Principal, MG2, and Founder of Lionesque Group. Gonzalez will be giving her address, “Running Through Today’s Retail Landscape,” on the event’s first day, November 28, at 12:00 PM CT.
On the final day of The Running Event, November 30, the annual Indie 5k will take place. This is the only chip-timed race at The Running Event.
The Indie 5k will take place at Camp Mabry, just 15 minutes from The Running Event’s main location, providing another opportunity for attendees to interact with brands and retailers, putting products to the test.
This year, The Running Event will be hosting its inaugural live stream throughout the three days. The live stream will be hosted by PR Project and give viewers worldwide the chance to watch interviews and speeches with brands, retailers, and more.
