Monaco Diamond League 2026 Full Track Results

Monaco delivered the fastest night of the 2026 Wanda Diamond League season. At the Meeting Herculis EBS on Friday, July 10, Kenya’s Emmanuel Wanyonyi stole the show with a 1000m world record of 2:11.83, breaking Noah Ngeny’s 26-year-old mark. He wasn’t the only one rewriting the record books — Agnes Jebet Ngetich, Julien Alfred, and Busang Collen Kebinatshipi all set meeting records on a record-heavy evening.

The headline of the night. Emmanuel Wanyonyi, the Olympic 800m champion who has already stunned the 1500m field at Grand Slam Track, powered clear to run 2:11.83 — a world record, Diamond League record, and meeting record. Jake Wightman chased him home in a personal best.

World 10km record holder Agnes Jebet Ngetich translated her road and cross-country strength to the track, winning in 8:08.95 for a meeting record and world lead. Faith Kipyegon, fresh off resetting her own 1500m world record in Paris, was only fourth here over the less familiar distance.
