Brady Holmer has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University and a Ph.D. in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida.
He was a division I cross country and track and field athlete and continues to participate in endurance sports recreationally.
Brady writes his weekly Physiologically Speaking newsletter, and took over the reins of the Run Long, Run Healthy newsletter from Amby Burfoot in early 2025.
He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, son, and dog.
